Ethan Musolini is a renowned training consultant, motivational speaker, author, and media personality. With a BA in Social Sciences from Makerere University, he has been transforming lives and organizations since September 2003.
As the CEO of Success Africa, Ethan has worked with major organizations including Barclays Bank, World Vision, MTN, Coca Cola, the World Bank, and various UN agencies. His expertise spans leadership development, communication skills, sales training, stress management, and customer service excellence.
A British Council training consultant since 2004 and a Commonwealth Youth Forum representative (1997), Ethan brings a wealth of international experience to every engagement.
My Journey
My journey to becoming the "Merchant of Success" was not without its challenges. Growing up, I struggled with self-image and confidence. I was shy around strangers and often doubted my abilities.
But I learned that our limitations are often self-imposed. Through dedication, continuous learning, and an unwavering belief in human potential, I transformed not only my own life but have since helped thousands of others do the same.
Today, I stand as living proof that anyone can overcome their circumstances and achieve extraordinary success. This is the message I carry to every person and organization I work with.
